Better Orders helps takeaway and restaurant businesses across the UK turn online visibility into direct customer orders. We support food businesses by managing essential online activity so they can reduce reliance on delivery platforms and retain more revenue.

 

The Role
We are hiring a Sales & Client Success Coordinator to work on-site from our Nasr City office.

This is a sales-led, client-facing role focused on handling enquiries, converting interest into paying clients, onboarding new businesses, and managing ongoing client relationships. You will be communicating daily with UK-based business owners, so clear and confident English communication is essential.

 

As the business grows, there is potential for this role to expand based on performance.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Handling inbound enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and email
  • Explaining Better Orders services and pricing clearly
  • Converting enquiries into paying clients
  • Onboarding new clients and collecting required information
  • Managing ongoing client communication and support
  • Tracking subscriptions and payments
  • Coordinating internal work using Trello
  • Identifying opportunities for upgrades and premium services

 

Commission & Earnings

  • Commission paid for every business successfully onboarded
  • Additional commission on package upgrades and premium services
  • Clear tracking of sales and payments
  • Commission structure explained during onboarding
