☑️Responsibilities:* Manage project cost centers* Analyze material, labor, and overhead costs* Prepare cost reports and analyze variances* Monitor expenses in line with project progress* Record and track fixed assets and calculate depreciation* Conduct periodic inventory counts and reconciliations
☑️Requirements:* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting* 4–6 years of experience in Cost Accounting* Proficiency in Excel and accounting software* Real estate experience is a plus.
☑️Working Hours:8 hours per day6 working days per week (Friday off)
