Job Summary We’re looking for a proactive and results-driven Outdoor Sales Executive with experience in marketing and advertising to generate new business, build strong client relationships, and promote our services in the field. The ideal candidate is confident, persuasive, and comfortable meeting clients face-to-face. Key Responsibilities Identify and approach potential clients (businesses, brands, agencies) in assigned territories Conduct outdoor visits, meetings, and presentations to promote marketing/advertising services Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients Understand client needs and propose suitable advertising and marketing solutions Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback Coordinate with internal teams (creative, digital, production) to ensure campaign execution Follow up on leads, negotiate deals, and close sales effectively Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)1–3+ years of experience in outdoor sales, marketing, or advertising Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets Familiarity with advertising solutions (digital, print, outdoor media, etc.) Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Excellent presentation and client-handling skills Valid driver’s license (if required for field work) Preferred Skills Experience in B2B sales Knowledge of local market and industry trends CRM software experience Ability to build long-term client partnerships Working Conditions Primarily field-based role (outdoor/client visits) Flexible hours depending on client availability Occasional office meetings and reporting
