Job Description
The Sr. Specialist, Sales Trainer is responsible for designing and delivering high-impact training programs that enhance client-specific knowledge and skills, focusing on advanced sales processes and systems. This position leads collaborations with internal and/or external stakeholders to create tailored content that addresses business needs, driving efficiency and productivity across the organization. He/she/they will work autonomously with moderate supervision to ensure the effectiveness of training initiatives.
- Streamlines onboarding processes.
- Acts as the primary point of contact for new B2B clients, building long-term trust and rapport.
- Designs training plans aligned with client business goals.
- Trains and coachs managers and reps on HPS methodology
- Ensure new employees receive comprehensive, client-specific onboarding and training to enhance job-specific knowledge and skills
- Provide skills-based coaching and client-specific training on a regular basis to support achievement of operating plan targets, sales targets, and high customer satisfaction
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop and deliver effective training and development programs designed to enhance advanced sales knowledge and skills across various sales motions
- Analyze performance data and customer experience trends to develop and implement strategic sales plays and best practices tailored to specific territories
- Oversee and validate the quality of training delivery to ensure it meets established standards and aligns with business goals
- Track the effectiveness of training interventions through a range of assessment tools and methodologies for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize sales processes and systems, ensuring a superior customer experience is consistently achieved
- Maintain high-level communication with internal stakeholders to foster and develop strategic client relationships while staying informed about the evolving business environment for training material updates
