Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position located in New Cairo for a Real Estate Sales Supervisor. The role involves overseeing and guiding the sales team to achieve performance targets while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, providing support and mentorship to the team, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth transaction processes. The supervisor will also monitor market trends and identify opportunities to drive revenue growth and improve sales practices.
Qualifications Valid Real Estate License Proficiency in Real Estate and Real Property management Excellent Customer Service and Sales skills Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities Proven experience in managing and motivating sales teams Knowledge of the New Cairo real estate market is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred Ability to adapt to dynamic work environments and meet deadlines
