  • Search for new customers and business opportunities in local and export markets.
  • Conduct regular field visits to factories, companies, and clients to expand the customer base and generate new sales opportunities.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and customer communication to negotiation, closing, and after-sales follow-up.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and business partners.
  • Prepare and present professional quotations, commercial offers, and technical proposals.
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate with Production, Planning, Quality, and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth order execution.
  • Participate in exhibitions, business meetings, and company visits.
  • Track and analyze sales performance, customer leads, sales visits, and conversion rates.
  • Support new product development by communicating market needs and customer feedback to management.
  • Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with customers to achieve company objectives.
  • Maintain and update customer and sales records on internal systems and reports.
