Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Manager located in New Cairo. The Finance Manager will oversee financial planning and analysis, manage budgets, prepare reports, and monitor financial performance. Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with financial regulations, identifying opportunities for cost savings, and collaborating with other departments to support organizational goals. The role also involves guiding the financial team and implementing best practices for effective financial management.
Qualifications Strong expertise in Financial Planning, Budget Management, and Financial Analysis Proficiency in Accounting Principles, Tax Regulations, and Compliance Standards Advanced skills in Financial Modeling, Forecasting, and Data Interpretation Experience in Leadership, Team Management, and Strategic Decision Making Excellent communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as Microsoft Excel and ERP systems Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA is a plus) Previous experience (minimum 5 years) in a managerial finance role, preferably within the construction or real estate industry
