Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Specialist at Brooklyn Business School in Cairo, Egypt. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to potential students, providing exceptional customer service, closing sales, and offering customer support. Additionally, the Telesales Specialist will participate in training sessions to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.
