Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Office Architect at Jidaar Construction & Development in Cairo. The Technical Office Architect will be responsible for architectural design, project management, software development, and integration to ensure the successful implementation of projects.
- Overview design drawings modifications related to site circumstances
- Revise monthly invoices for subcontractors and clients
- Review material and subcontractor inspections reports from consultants
- Compare prices between subcontractors’ contracts and BOQ
- Approve P.O. for all items of BOQs
- Follow up with all section heads from different disciplines and coordinate their activities
- Approve all documents (subcontractors’ invoices, consultants’ invoices and shop drawings)
- Architecture and Architectural Design skills
- Project Management experience
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of construction codes and regulations
