Company Description:
We are launching a Dubai-based pharmaceutical and medical supplies company focused on high-quality hospital-grade equipment and pharmaceutical products. We seek a dynamic experienced pharmacist with experience in hospital procurement, tendering and sales.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Pharmacy (BPharm) or higher
• DHA or MOH Pharmacist License (Mandatory)
• 3-4 years experience in hospital procurement or medical supply sales and tendering in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of UAE hospital procurement procedures and MOH registration workflows
• Experience with pharmaceutical distribution, tenders, and import/export regulations
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
Skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Sources medical supplies and pharmaceuticals from local and international suppliers
- Coordinate RFQs, tenders, and pricing negotiations with hospital purchasing departments.
- Assessing and pricing supplier offers for hospital tender bids
- Liaise with DHA/MOH for registration, import permits, and compliance documentation.
- Oversee inventory planning, order processing, and stock monitoring.
- Coordinating orders with suppliers based on LPOs, ensuring timely delivery to hospitals
- Build and maintain relationships with hospital stakeholders, suppliers, and sales leads.
- Ensure adherence to JCI, GDP, and UAE-specific regulations for all transactions.
- Monitor competitor activity and sales trends within Dubai healthcare institutions.
- Knowledge of drug interactions and regulatory requirements.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in medication.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
