Role Overview:
We are on the hunt for a talented Email Marketer who thrives in B2B lead generation and outbound email campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who knows how to turn data into opportunities and can confidently manage end-to-end email outreach—from building targeted lists to launching high-converting campaigns.
You'll play a key role in identifying and engaging potential leads across trade shows, expos, and industry events. If you're proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about driving results through smart email strategy and automation, we’d love to hear from you.
This is a remote opportunity, perfect for someone who can work independently, manage deadlines, and deliver measurable impact through well-executed outbound marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
- Identify potential leads and businesses at trade shows, expos, and industry events.
- Compile and build email lists of exhibitors, sponsors, and other relevant contacts at these events to support email campaigns.
- Use tools such as LinkedIn, event websites, directories, and industry databases to gather contact details and create segmented, targeted lists.
- Ensure all leads are qualified and relevant to the business and industry.
B2B Email Management
- Develop targeted outbound email sequences to engage prospects and move them through the sales funnel (e.g., introductory emails, follow-ups, demos, etc.).
- Setting up automated campaigns, A/B Testing using ESP, eg Instantly
- Schedule and automate outbound emails, set up cadence
- Monitoring deliverability
- Avoiding spam filters, maintaining list hygiene
- Detailed ongoing reporting, refining campaigns
- Sharing relevant and interested leads with key contact in timely manner
Deliverables:
- Targeting exhibitors across 3 to 4 trade shows or expos per month
- Send a minimum of 500–600 outbound emails monthly
- Provide monthly performance and activity reports
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Email Marketer focused on B2B Lead Generation and Outbound Email Campaigns
- Proven ability to research and build highly targeted email lists, particularly using trade show and expo exhibitor data
- Proficiency in lead generation and enrichment tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hunter.io, and ZoomInfo
- Strong analytical skills to track, measure, and optimise email campaign performance
- Familiarity with A/B testing and continuous email optimisation best practices
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Positive attitude with a solution-oriented mindset and strong attention to detail
