- Set up new user accounts, email configurations, and devices for team members.

-BA Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
-5-7 years of demonstrable experience as an IT specialist or in technical support, network administration, or a related role.
-Proficiency in operating systems Microsoft Windows and network technologies.
-Knowledge of network administration protocols, firewalls, and IT security best practices.
-Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for hardware and software issues.
-Familiarity with IT help desk systems and ticketing tools.
-Relevant professional certifications, like CompTIA A+, Network+, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP).
-Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies like Hyper-V.
-Working knowledge of engineering software and IT systems integration.
