The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, optimizing, and scaling chemical processes within the industrial and medical sectors, ensuring high efficiency, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and optimize chemical processes for industrial and medical applications.
- Conduct process simulations, risk assessments, and troubleshooting to improve efficiency and safety.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, production, and quality assurance to implement process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations in all process operations.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation including process flow diagrams, operating procedures, and reports.
- Participate in pilot plant trials and scale-up activities to support new product development.
