Key Responsibilities:
Paid & Performance Marketing
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok
• Track and analyze campaign metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPA, CVR) and implement data-backed optimizations
• Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve results
Brand Campaigns & Promotions
• Oversee special deals and marketing campaigns with partner brands
• Coordinate launch timelines, visual assets, and campaign messaging across platforms
• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure campaigns are both effective and on-brand
Influencer Marketing & Content Production
• Manage influencer collaborations from briefing to posting
• Oversee the production of influencer reels, user-generated content, and campaign shoots
• Track performance and ensure alignment with marketing goals
Social Media & TikTok
• Supervise the social media executive to ensure content quality, consistency, and growth
• Oversee TikTok strategy and execution (content ideas, trends, influencer videos)
• Occasionally create or post content, especially during key campaigns and launches
Push Notifications & Email
• Write and schedule engaging push notifications for promos, launches, and brand moments
• Manage email marketing campaigns and flows via Klaviyo or similar platforms
• Segment and personalize messages based on customer behavior and insights
Content & SEO
• Collaborate on blog topics, SEO-rich product pages, and content planning
• Ensure messaging is aligned across all platforms and optimized for visibility
Requirements
• 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing (beauty or e-commerce experience is a plus)
• Proficient in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok campaign management
• Experience managing influencer partnerships and campaign production
• Confident overseeing social media strategy and push/email marketing
• Organized, analytical, and proactive — with a creative spark
• Bonus: experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Canva, or Adobe Suite
