Your Role

We’re seeking a strategic, creative, and hands-on Head of Marketing to lead Voliro’s global marketing efforts. This is our first senior marketing hire in the U.S. — a pivotal role working closely with our Swiss HQ to shape our brand and go-to-market strategy.

You’ll own and drive demand generation, brand storytelling, and campaign execution across digital and offline channels — all while building a bold, human brand people want to engage with.

What You’ll Do

Marketing Strategy & Execution

• Develop and lead a global marketing strategy, with a focus on U.S. market growth
  
  
• Drive multi-channel demand generation (digital, events, partnerships)
  
  
• Analyze campaign data to improve marketing ROI and performance
  
  

Brand & Messaging

• Refine brand positioning and messaging for key industrial buyer personas
  
  
• Define strategic narratives for executives and stakeholders
  
  
• Ensure consistency in brand identity across all touchpoints
  
  

Team Collaboration & Growth

• Collaborate with Sales to build and nurture the pipeline
  
  
• Enable and support the Swiss marketing team
  
  
• Lay the foundation for a growing international marketing team
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in deeptech or industrial tech
  
  
• Success in early-stage, fast-paced environments — ideally as the first or second marketing hire
  
  
• Skilled across both strategy and execution: ICP definition, GTM, LinkedIn ads, HubSpot workflows
  
  
• Excellent communicator across time zones and remote teams
  
  
• Entrepreneurial and self-driven, with bonus points for experience in industrial U.S. markets
