What You´ll Be Doing


Client Discovery & Engagement

  • Initiate conversations with potential clients via phone, email, and digital channels
  • Understand client needs and guide them toward solutions that fit
  • Build lasting relationships with existing clients to drive retention and satisfaction


Sales Operations & Support

  • Process orders with precision, checking pricing, setup, delivery timelines and resolving any hiccups
  • Respond to general product inquiries and provide stellar support or escalate technical queries when needed
  • Channel new customers appropriately, ensuring seamless onboarding in collaboration with field sales


Market Intelligence

  • Conduct market research to track industry trends and stay ahead of the competition
  • Relay customer insights to improve offerings and influence strategy


Skills

You’re the Ideal Fit If You

  • Have experience in inside sales, preferably within an electrical engineering or automation sector
  • Speak confidently and write clearly - people enjoy talking to you
  • Are naturally proactive and goal-oriented, with a knack for building rapport
  • Thrive on organization and follow-through, especially when the pace picks up
  • Know your way around CRM tools (ZOHO) and modern sales platforms
  • Bring critical thinking, curiosity, and a problem-solving mindset to the table
  • Are fluent in English; bonus points for Arabic language skills
