Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering their growth and maximizing team effectiveness

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at internationalising and strengthening the brand presence

  • Oversee budgeting, planning, and effective allocation of marketing resources to achieve business objectives

  • Provide high-level strategic direction and operational oversight for SEO, social media, and Google Ads campaigns, ensuring optimal performance and ROI

  • Analyze market trends and performance metrics to continuously refine strategies and tactics.

  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, and provide regular reporting and insights to senior management

  • Coordinate the corporate communications to deliver brand-consistent messages

  • Create and mantain the department’s Standard Operating Procedures and assist with Planning and organisation of weekly sprints

  • Form part of the team that will be driving new products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development and customer service to align marketing initiatives with business goals and objectives

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive insights, and use this information to inform marketing strategies and campaigns

  • Oversee the creation and production of marketing collateral, content, and assets across various channels including digital, social media, email, and print
