Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
• Identify and approach potential new clients in the plastics manufacturing industry.
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle for plastics products, including client engagement, proposal submission, negotiation, and closing.
• Conduct regular visits to all clients in the assigned portfolio to maintain strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the technical team to plan and conduct on-site product trials at client factories.
• Attend factory trials to explain product usage and ensure proper application procedures.
• Prepare and present customized offers based on client needs and market conditions.
• Negotiate prices, terms of payment, and delivery schedules with customers in coordination with the sales manager.
• Research customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities to position products effectively.
• Expand sales territory by securing new accounts and increasing sales volume from new business opportunities.
• Submit weekly and monthly sales performance reports including pipeline status and forecasts.
Requirements:
• Bachelor s degree in chemical engineering or chemistry.
• Minimum 2 4 years of experience in B2B technical sales, preferably in plastics, polymers, or performance chemicals industries.
• Strong technical understanding of plastics processing and chemical applications.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
