We provide tailored services in legal consultancy, company formation, business structuring, compliance, and regulatory advisory. Our firm is known for its rigorous, agile, and cross-border approach, delivering practical solutions in complex and fast-evolving legal and economic environments.

Mission

We are expanding our reach and looking for freelance business development consultants to help grow our client base both within the UAE and internationally.

As a consultant, you will be responsible for:

• Identifying and qualifying new B2B clients in targeted sectors (legal, corporate, finance, compliance, international trade, tech, etc.)
• Introducing OVO Consulting’s full range of services to potential clients (legal advisory, structuring, compliance, etc.)
• Managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closing, with support from our legal and marketing team
• Attending business events, networking sessions and maintaining relationships with key industry players
• Providing market insights and helping shape commercial strategies based on client feedback and prospect behavior
• Representing OVO Consulting’s values and image with professionalism and credibility

Skills

Your Profile

• Fluent in English, or French, or Arabic
• Proven experience in business development, ideally in legal consulting or professional services
• Strong professional network in the UAE and/or MENA region
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and deliver results
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
