Your Role:

As the Global Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of our global marketing strategy. You will work cross-functionally to elevate brand awareness, drive lead generation, and position the company as a leading innovator in the IoT space. In this high-impact role, you’ll collaborate closely with a passionate global team to drive significant company growth and support the achievement of robust sales targets. Your efforts will ensure that our value proposition as a trusted turnkey IoT solution provider, offering complete and flexible solutions, is clearly communicated to diverse markets and industry verticals.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Develop Marketing Strategies: Create and implement global marketing strategies that align with our company goals.
  • Market Research: Identify new customer audiences and emerging market opportunities within the IoT space.
  • Understand Customer Needs: Recognize what matters most to customers when purchasing and leverage these insights to enhance our marketing and sales strategies.
  • Strengthen Brand Identity: Develop and maintain a strong brand identity across both digital and physical channels.
  • Create Compelling Narratives: Develop engaging narratives around our full-stack IoT capabilities and turnkey offerings.
  • Lead Integrated Campaigns: Manage integrated marketing campaigns (digital, content, ABM, events) to drive awareness and generate qualified leads.
  • Optimize Marketing Funnels: Oversee and optimize inbound and outbound marketing funnels.
  • Digital Strategy: Create strategies for website management, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media content.
  • Social Media Engagement: Drive an aggressive social media strategy, ensuring regular postings on LinkedIn and participation in tech communities such as GitHub to engage with developers and tech enthusiasts.
  • Content Creation: Guide the creation of thought leadership content, including white papers, blogs, case studies, and videos.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with product, sales, and engineering teams to launch new offerings.
  • Develop Sales Enablement Tools: Create tools to support sales and product marketing collateral.
  • Monitor KPIs and OKRs: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives and key results (OKRs), providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Budget Management and Planning: Manage and plan the marketing budget effectively to ensure optimal allocation of resources.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within IoT, SaaS, PaaS, or tech services.
  • Strong technical understanding of IoT connectivity and platforms is essential.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Proven success in building and executing global marketing strategies.
  • Strong brand management experience, including maintaining a consistent brand identity across global markets and channels.
  • Deep understanding of the IoT ecosystem and technology lifecycle.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and analytical skills.
  • A flexible mindset and collaborative spirit to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
