Job Summary:

We are looking for experienced Steel Fixers to join our construction team in Sharjah, UAE. The role involves cutting, bending, and fixing steel bars and mesh used to reinforce concrete in buildings, bridges, and other structures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and follow construction drawings and instructions
• Measure, cut, bend, and fix steel bars or mesh using hand tools and machinery
• Tie bars using wire, clips, or welding
• Place and fix steel in the correct position before concrete is poured
• Follow safety rules and ensure proper use of tools and equipment
• Work closely with site engineers and supervisors

Skills

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Steel Fixer
• Knowledge of reading basic construction drawings
• Skilled in using hand and power tools
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Must be willing to relocate or already based in UAE
• Ability to work well in a team
