Roles & Responsibilities
- Manages PC setup and deployment for new employees.
- Respond to email messages for employees seeking help and provide prompt responses to questions from employees.
- Provide technical and troubleshooting assistance related to computer hardware and software, mobile devices and other technical tools and products.
- Regularly check server health and system logs, identify potential issues, and proactively implement solutions to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and resolve system, hardware, and network-related problems. Act quickly to minimize downtime and keep systems running smoothly.
- Research the problem and come up with a solution.
- Assist with onboarding of new users.
- Install, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment, and software
- Installs and maintains all end-user software and hardware.
- Maintain the daily performance of computer systems.
- Troubleshooting LAN and Internet connectivity issues.
