Job Description

• Contact Potential Clients to offer them property consultancy services.
• The candidate should have proven experience in separate building selling in New Cairo(Fifth Settlement Beit El Watan, El Narges, and North El Rehab) .
• Handle day-to-day consultations with clients to identify their property needs.
• Provide high-level customer service and build lasting client relationships.
• Close sales and meet monthly targets efficiently.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, pricing strategies, and real estate offerings.
• Conduct site visits.

Job Requirements

• Strong knowledge of the real estate market and resale process especially in separate building in New Cairo(Fifth Settlement Beit El Watan, El Narges, and North El Rehab) .
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales.
• Ability to work in a team-driven environment.
• Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction.
• Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Presentable appearance and professional attitude.
• Very good in English.
