Job Description
- Greet and welcome guests to the showroom.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Hear out the customer needs and accordingly recommend them to the product that best suits their needs.

- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
- Fresh Graduate or 1 -2 proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role is a plus, but not a necessity.
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid communication and customer handling skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Hands-on experience with office equipment is a plus.
- Excellent Command of English
