About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant, ENDO to join our team in Saudi Arabia through the TAMHEER program. This role provides recent graduates with an exciting opportunity to apply their academic background in a practical healthcare setting, supporting initiatives that improve patient care and access to medical solutions.

Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Checking all orders upon receipt from the Accounts
• Verifying UPN/description, quantities/pack, and price
• Requesting IPAT from the sales team if needed
• Following up with Customer Service on order dispatch
• Following up with Operations on shelf life information sent by Customer Service
• Coordinating with Operations on rejected deliveries for redelivery or rescheduling
• Clearing back order reports to prioritize allocation
• Ensuring all back orders are completed and shipped
• Monitoring FT blocks and ensuring their release
• Maintaining clear communication with Customer Service on order status

What We're Looking For

• Eligible for TAMHEER:
• Registered in TAQAT
• Not currently registered in GOSI
• No prior TAMHEER participation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Native Arabic speaker with strong English written and verbal skills; additional languages are a plus
• Proactive, eager to learn, and passionate about improving patient lives
• Ability to engage with stakeholders locally and internationally
• Hands-on mindset and desire to execute tasks effectively
