Job Description

  • Conduct outbound sales calls and meetings with B2B clients (travel agencies, tour operators, corporates, schools, etc.).
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads, turning them into long-term partners.
  • Develop and pitch customized travel packages to meet client needs.
  • Negotiate pricing, deals, and partnership terms.
  • Represent Real Egypt in client meetings, trade fairs, and events.
  • Work closely with operations and marketing teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
  • Track sales activities and report performance using CRM tools.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a travel agency or tourism company.
  • Based in Cairo with flexibility to work in-office and attend meetings.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Passion for Egyptian history and culture.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and online booking platforms is an advantage.
