Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our accounting and tax consultancy firm. The candidate will be responsible for following up with leads generated through our marketing campaigns as well as generating new leads through personal networking and outreach. The role focuses on engaging with potential clients and converting them into long-term business relationships.
You will play a key role in promoting our services, including bookkeeping, VAT registration and filing, corporate tax registration and filing, and business setup services. The position requires excellent communication skills, strong sales ability, and a passion for helping small and medium businesses in the UAE grow with professional financial services.
Compensation:
AED 1,500 fixed salary per month
Attractive commission per deal closed (30% on one-off services such as tax filings, 50% on the first month of recurring bookkeeping packages)
Expected earnings: Average performers make AED 4,000–6,000/month. Top performers can earn AED 8,000+ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
Follow up with leads generated from marketing campaigns
Generate additional leads through networking, referrals, and outreach
Communicate with prospects via phone, WhatsApp, email, and in-person
Explain the firm’s accounting, tax, and business setup services clearly
Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status in CRM
Prepare quotations and assist in closing deals
Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English required; Arabic is a plus)
Ability to explain accounting and tax services in simple terms to clients
Confidence in client engagement and conversion (calls, WhatsApp, social media)
Basic understanding of UAE business setup, VAT, and corporate tax (or willingness to learn)
Strong negotiation and follow-up skills
Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple leads
Sales or marketing experience in professional services is preferred
Must have own visa
