Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize promotional methods such as phone calls, emails, and social media to engage potential clients and build lasting relationships.
  • Identify new ways to make products appealing by observing the environment and current trends.
  • Meet with clients across various regions to discuss or finalize deals.
  • Create presentations, answer client queries, and manage transactions effectively.
  • Ensure adherence to sales department policies and procedures, maintaining a controlled and consistent work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business.
  • 1+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work effectively.
