Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly reports to track property sales progress.
- Assist in developing strategies to retain customers.
- Promote products using market-driven approaches to maximize sales.
- Analyze customer needs and offer solutions through our services or products.
- Utilize promotional methods such as phone calls, emails, and social media to engage potential clients and build lasting relationships.
- Identify new ways to make products appealing by observing the environment and current trends.
- Meet with clients across various regions to discuss or finalize deals.
- Create presentations, answer client queries, and manage transactions effectively.
- Ensure adherence to sales department policies and procedures, maintaining a controlled and consistent work environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business.
- 1+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work effectively.
