Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a SalesForce System Administrator at our Cairo, Egypt location. The SalesForce System Administrator will manage and support the SalesForce platform, including user setup, configuration, data management, and troubleshooting. The role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure efficient system usage, implementing best practices, and enhancing system functionality based on user needs and feedback.

Qualifications

• Experience in Retail Sales and Customer Service
• Strong Communication skills and ability to enhance Customer Experience
• Commitment to Customer Satisfaction and ongoing support
• Knowledge of SalesForce administration and data management
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
• Certification in Salesforce administration is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
