• Lead group-level consolidation of financial statements across diverse businesses (real estate, venture capital, textiles, fund deployment).

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated reports for the holding company and stakeholders.

• Establish standardized accounting and reporting frameworks across all entities.

  2. Financial Management

• Manage cash flow, treasury, and fund deployment strategies across businesses.

• Monitor inter-company transactions, reconciliations, and fund flows.

• Develop dashboards and MIS for management decision-making.

  3. Compliance & Governance

• Ensure compliance with UAE, India, and international financial regulations (IFRS, VAT, corporate tax, etc.).

• Liaise with auditors, legal advisors, and regulatory authorities.

• Implement robust internal controls, audit frameworks, and risk management systems.

  4. Taxation & Structuring

• Oversee corporate tax planning, transfer pricing, and cross-border structuring.

• Advise on capital structuring, profit repatriation, and fund allocation strategies.

• Manage family office tax obligations while optimizing tax efficiency.

  5. Strategy & Advisory

• Partner with leadership to evaluate investment opportunities and assess financial feasibility.

• Provide insights for portfolio management, exits, and long-term asset planning.

• Support the development of the family office investment charter and legacy structures.
