At ITHR Technologies Consulting LLC, we help our clients navigate complex IT transformations. We are looking for a seasoned IT Project Manager (Infrastructure) to plan and deliver technology-driven infrastructure projects for one of Dubais leading public transport organizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of hands-on IT project management experience, especially on infrastructure projects.
• Prior experience in public transport, smart cities, or similar public-sector projects is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for IT infrastructure initiatives in the public transport sector including scope, timelines, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Liaise with government agencies, IT teams, vendors, and third parties to ensure smooth project execution.
• Implement best practices for IT governance, risk mitigation, and compliance with local regulations and standards.

Skills

• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with tools such as ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, MS Project, and Jira.
