Raya Auto; one of Raya’s subsidiaries is hiring a Costing and Taxes Senior Specialist.

What will you do?

• Review and validate accounting transactions to ensure compliance with internal controls and policies (approvals, POs, GL coding).
• Reconcile accounts with vendors, related parties, and sister companies for accurate and timely reporting.
• Manage monthly and quarterly financial closing in ERP (Oracle), ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Conduct tax reconciliations with tax authorities to ensure compliance and prevent penalties.
• Lead communication and coordination with external auditors, ensuring smooth audits and full compliance with reporting standards (IFRS/GAAP).
• Audit inventory records with the warehouse team to maintain accurate stock valuation.
• Analyze and report gross profit margins, providing insights for cost optimization and pricing strategy.
• Recommend and implement process improvements and automation opportunities within finance operations.
• Support digital transformation initiatives across finance (e.g., Oracle upgrades, BI tools).

What will you need?

• Bachelor degree in commerce.
• Minimum 8 years of experience.
• Master’s degree in product design or engineering is preferable.
• Deep understanding of IFRS/GAAP.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
• Strong numerical and analytical capabilities.
• Financial analysis and cost modeling.
