El Mageed Tours, a leading travel agency established in 1996 and proudly accredited by IATA, is looking to expand its team with a passionate and detail-oriented Airlines Ticketing Reservation Agent.

Responsibilities:

• Handle airline ticket reservations, re-issues, cancellations, and refunds.
• Provide accurate and timely quotations to clients.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline schedules, fares, and promotions.
• Ensure excellent customer service and smooth booking experience.
• Coordinate with airlines and customers to resolve ticketing issues.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in airline ticketing & reservation (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre knowledge preferred).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).
