Site Supervision: Oversee all on-site activities from ground-up to completion, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
Construction Management Support : Monitoring work schedules to ensure timely project delivery.
Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to ensure all work adheres to approved drawings, specifications, and building codes.
Team & Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the main point of contact between the engineering consultancy, client, contractors, to facilitate effective communication and issue resolution.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project records, including daily site logs, progress reports, and documentation of any design changes or issues.
Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve on-site challenges, discrepancies, and clashes between various construction disciplines.

On-Site Expertise: Proven track record of successfully monitoring the construction of large-scale building projects from start to finish.
Technical Proficiency: Strong command of architectural drawings, construction methods, and building codes.
Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams on a construction site.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to effectively resolve site-related issues and conflicts.
