Responsibilities

• Handle a team of Team Leaders.
• Providing guidance, motivation, and support to operations team leaders and their teams.
• Assessing the performance of team leaders and their teams, identifying areas for improvement, and providing feedback.
• Fostering a positive and collaborative team culture, encouraging teamwork, and resolving conflicts.
• Allocating resources effectively to meet operational demands and ensure optimal performance.
• Preparing and analyzing operational reports, identifying KPIs.
• Maintaining effective communication with agents, team leaders, other departments.
• Setting clear operational goals and objectives that align with the overall business strategy.
• Developing and implementing operational plans and strategies to achieve goals and objectives.

Qualifications

• Current Supervisor Team Leader role.
• Minimum 1.5 years acting as Team leader.
