51Talk, a leading global EdTech company specializing in online English learning, is hiring a Legal Specialist to join our growing team in Cairo, Egypt. This full-time role combines various legal research and support to guide our business in a compliant and sustainable way. If you have experience in online education and e-commerce, we’re excited to work with you to grow in a sustainable way.

Key Responsibilities

• Be responsible for daily legal support to operations of Egypt.
• Draft and review legal documents such as contracts and letters.
• Assist in formulating company management systems, such as cooperating with HR team to perfect our personnel system. Necessary license application and maintenance.
• Responsible for collaborating with local law firms.
• Assist in handling disputes with local law firms.
• Other tasks arranged by the leader.

What We Are Looking For

• 
  Bachelor of law degree.
• Graduated from a top-tier university in Egypt. LLM from an international institution preferred.
• More than 2 years qualification experience practicing law for a law firm or corporate legal department.
• Multinational work experience required.
• Self-driven with strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Native speaker of Arabic, and fluency in English is mandatory. Besides, Chinese speaker will be appreciated plus.
