Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Remote Sales Representative (Inbound & Outbound) to join our growing team. This role involves managing incoming leads (inbound) and proactively reaching out to new clients (outbound) to expand our market presence.
You will work closely with our sales and operations teams, handling customer inquiries, building client relationships, and closing sales while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Inbound Sales
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp and online platforms.
• Convert inbound leads into orders by explaining product benefits and offers.
• Handle product pricing, quotations, and wholesale inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in stores
Outbound Sales
• Prospect and cold-call potential B2B clients (supermarkets, gas stations, retailers).
• Schedule and conduct online/phone meetings with buyers.
• Follow up with past clients to encourage repeat orders.
• Assist the field sales team by booking appointments and coordinating deliveries.
General Sales Duties
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain product knowledge and provide clients with the right recommendations.
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly sales reports.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotions and campaigns.

Requirements
• Proven experience in sales, telesales, or customer service (food industry preferred).
• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic/Spanish is a plus).
• Ability to handle inbound and outbound sales independently.
• Familiarity with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, or B2B platforms is a plus.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work remotely with minimal supervision.
