Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and dedicated Content Creator to join our team. This role requires someone with proven experience in creating engaging content (written, visual, or video) and the ability to start executing from day one.

This is not a planning-only position — we are looking for someone who can ideate, create, and publish content directly.

The internship will last for 4 months:

• First Month: Unpaid trial period to prove skills and deliver results.
• From Second Month Onwards: Paid internship (with performance-based compensation).
• After Internship: Opportunity to transition into a Part-time or Full-time role, depending on performance and contribution.

Responsibilities:

• Create and publish engaging content for our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Develop high-quality posts (text, graphics, and short videos).
• Ensure content aligns with our brand voice and marketing strategy.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to increase audience engagement and reach.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing and content creation.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Executive, or similar role (portfolio or samples of work required).
• Strong skills in graphic design, video editing, or copywriting (at least one is a must).
• Ability to create and deliver engaging content without supervision.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and their algorithms.
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
