Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking an Oracle Fusion Cloud Technical Consultant with strong expertise in reports, integrations, and security administration. The consultant will provide ongoing technical and security support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with business and audit requirements. Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is an advantage but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day technical support across Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
Develop, troubleshoot, and maintain reports (BI Publisher, OTBI, FRS).
Support data migration and uploads using FBDI, ADFdi, HDL/HSDL.
Administer Fusion security including role design, provisioning, RBAC, and data security policies.
Perform security audits, resolve user access issues, and ensure SoD compliance.
Support quarterly Oracle Cloud updates (patch testing and validation).
Manage and monitor Oracle Support Service Requests (SRs) for technical and security issues.
Document technical configurations, security roles, and issue-resolution steps.
Work closely with functional teams (Finance, HCM, SCM) to resolve cross-module issues.
[Optional] Support Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and middleware integrations (SOAP/REST APIs) if required.
