Job Description
Tender Studies & Pricing
Review architectural drawings, specifications, and BOQs for new projects.
Prepare detailed cost estimates for the architectural scope.
Identify project risks, value engineering opportunities, and propose cost-effective solutions.
Coordinate with estimation and procurement teams to align pricing with market conditions.
Material Submittals
Prepare and submit architectural material submittals as per project specifications and consultant/client requirements.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to collect technical data sheets, samples, and compliance certificates.
Ensure timely approvals by following up with consultants and tracking submittal logs.
Shop Drawings & BIM
Develop accurate and detailed shop drawings using Revit (BIM).
Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, MEP, and other disciplines.
Apply BIM standards and ensure models are LOD-compliant as per project requirements.
Manage revisions, approvals, and issuance of final drawings for construction.
Project Support
Assist the project execution team with technical clarifications.
Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and client specifications.
Provide technical input during project meetings with consultants, clients, and contractors.
