On behalf of one of the largest real estate brokerage companies in Egypt, we are looking for a Property Sales Team Leader to lead and motivate a high-performing sales team.


This role is designed for an experienced real estate professional with strong leadership abilities, proven sales performance, and the ability to drive results. As a Sales Team Leader, you will oversee a group of consultants, ensure sales targets are met, and provide mentorship to maximize the team’s potential.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of property consultants to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Monitor team performance through KPIs, pipelines, and closing ratios.
  • Support consultants in negotiations and deal closures when needed.
  • Drive lead generation strategies and oversee property listings.
  • Collaborate with marketing to enhance visibility and client engagement.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to improve sales and market knowledge.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients to secure repeat and referral business.
  • Report performance and market updates to management.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to inspire and develop a sales team.
  • Solid understanding of the Egyptian real estate market.
  • Very good in English language.
  • Valid driving license (preferred).
