Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Odoo Implementer located in New Cairo. The Odoo Implementer will be responsible for deploying and customizing Odoo ERP solutions to meet the specific needs of our operations. They will perform day-to-day tasks including system configuration, user training, troubleshooting, and providing ongoing support and maintenance. Additionally, the role will involve coordinating with different departments to understand their requirements and translate these into functional specifications within the Odoo platform. Mainly you will be:
- Analyzing current workflows and identify gaps and opportunities for automation.
- Configure the Odoo modules to align with business workflows.
- Customize forms, fields, and stages as per the sales process.
- Support data migration and import.
- Ensure data integrity, deduplication, and field mapping.
- Define and enforce data entry standards and validations.
- Provide training and user manuals to sales and operation teams
- Offer ongoing support to users and handle troubleshooting.
- Collect user feedback and iterate on improvements.
- Design and implement automation (e.g., lead scoring, email campaigns, reminders).
- Streamline lead-to-opportunity processes.
- Create dashboards and custom reports for KPIs (e.g., conversion rate, pipeline value).
- Monitor system usage and performance and provide recommendations for improvement
Qualifications
- Experience more than 3 years in Odoo ERP implementation, configuration
- Basic understanding of Python / Odoo Studio for minor customization
- Strong understanding of business processes, workflow design, and system integration
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with different departments
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
