Job Description

• Read and Collect machine condition information from production and mechanical department log book
• Distribution of maintenance work to mechanic according to priority
• Motivation and Training of technicians for safety, discipline, performance & maintenance cost reduction
• Daily visual check of all running equipments and machine
• Breakdown job supervision
• Follow up shop floor maintenance job's
• Follow up Preventive maintenance check list, vibration and SPM reports
• Incoming spare parts inspection for approval
• Prepare minimum spares stock list, prepare PRF to maintain minimum spares stock in stores
• Follow up critical spares with purchase department
• Register all breakdown problems and study to avoid in future
• Collecting and registering all of technical specification and spares information for the machines
• Register pending job's, prepare monthly shut plane and execute the same
• Study development issues for better run ability of machines and to reduce down time
• New modification job's planning and execution
• Study to develop spares locally to reduce the maintenance cost
• Monitoring the history card of every critical machines
• Documentation of critical papers like received copy, technical specification sheet for every equipment, P.O copy etc,
• preparation and follow up of annual maintenance plan
• communication with department manager and other colleagues

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Mechanical Power engineering
• Experience not less than 3 years in maintenance
• Background of paper industry or heavy industry
• Very good command of English
• Menofia Residents only
