Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for English Call Center Agents, located in Qesm El Maadi. The role involves managing customer emails, providing customer support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Agents will be responsible for efficiently responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering high-quality service through written communication.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
- Ability to achieve high levels of Customer Satisfaction and possess excellent Interpersonal Skills
- Proficiency in Computer Literacy and managing email communications
- Excellent written communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
