What You’ll Do

• Design & implement backend services and APIs (Python, FastAPI, Flask, Django).
• Build & refine ML/NLP models powering intelligent product features.
• Prepare & manage structured + unstructured datasets for training & evaluation.
• Develop data pipelines & orchestration workflows for backend + AI tasks.
• Integrate AI-driven features (RAG pipelines, embeddings, automation).
• Ensure security, performance, reliability of services.
• Collaborate across teams to ship enterprise-grade solutions.
• Stay ahead on ML, NLP, and backend architecture trends.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years backend dev experience in Python.
• Strong background in system design, APIs, backend architecture.
• Hands-on with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) + familiarity with LLMs.
• Experience with RAG pipelines, vector DBs (Qdrant, Pinecone, Weaviate).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) + Docker/Kubernetes.
• Familiar with security best practices (auth, encryption, tokenization).
• Bonus: ETL/orchestration tools (Airflow, Prefect, Dagster).
• Problem-solver who can own features end-to-end.
