About You

• You’re a fast learner who figures things out without waiting to be told.
• You enjoy talking to people over the phone and naturally build trust within minutes.
• You take ownership of your results and thrive in a performance-driven environment.
• You’re tech-savvy and comfortable working 100% remote.
• You speak and write English fluently.

Compensation and Benefits

• $1,100/month base salary plus uncapped commissions.
• Average monthly earnings: $1,700 – $2,900+.
• High-quality leads, proven systems, and strong team support.
• Work-from-home setup with growth opportunities for top performers.

What You'll Do

• Qualify prospects in under 6 minutes to see if they’re motivated to sell.
• Make 600+ outbound calls per day using our power dialer.
• Deliver at least 8 qualified live transfers weekly to our Closing team.
• Accurately update the CRM after each call.

Your Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST (includes daily training and team huddle).
• 1-hour lunch break at 12:30 PM EST.
