About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Data Migration Specialist with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in planning, executing, and managing data migration projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders in English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and execute end-to-end data migration activities across multiple systems and platforms.
• Analyze existing data sources, assess data quality, and prepare data for migration.
• Develop and implement migration strategies, scripts, and tools for seamless transitions.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency throughout the migration process.
• Perform data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation before and after migration.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to align on requirements and timelines.
• Identify potential risks, troubleshoot migration issues, and provide timely resolutions.
• Document processes, create migration reports, and provide knowledge transfer to relevant teams.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: 4–5 years in data migration, data integration, or related fields.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in SQL and database management (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, or similar).
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, SSIS, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of data mapping, transformation, and validation techniques.
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or similar) is a plus.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in large-scale migration projects (ERP/CRM, cloud migrations, legacy system upgrades).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data migration tools.
• Project management exposure (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall environments).
