Job Description
Job PurposeThe role holder is responsible for executing product marketing activities, including campaign development, market analysis, and brand positioning, to support Specialized’s overall marketing strategy. The role holder shall carry out their duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures.Key Responsibilities Execute Specialized’s product marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and differentiation in target markets. Support the implementation of branding initiatives across all customer touchpoints, including digital channels and product materials, while ensuring consistency with stc Group branding guidelines. Participate in the development of marketing campaigns to promote Specialized’s offerings, collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure business alignment. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for market positioning. Analyze marketing performance data to evaluate campaign effectiveness and recommend enhancements for future activities. Coordinate with the Commercial sector to align promotional efforts with sales objectives and revenue targets. Assist in the creation of marketing content, including product briefs, promotional materials, and digital assets to support brand visibility and customer engagement. Monitor Specialized’s presence across marketing channels to ensure quality, consistency, and brand adherence. Track marketing budgets and campaign costs, ensuring optimal use of resources and alignment with approved plans. Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to execute tactical marketing activities and ensure timely delivery of deliverables. Maintain documentation and reports related to marketing performance, campaign results, and customer engagement metrics. Provide regular updates on marketing initiatives to internal stakeholders, highlighting progress, outcomes, and areas for improvementQualificationsBachelor in Advertising and Marketing Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, or any related fieldYears Of ExperiencePreferred experience of 3-6 years, or equivalent in the area of expertise
