Our Egyptian factory is starting soon, we are hiring the Senior Recruiter working in TEDA-SUEZ Cooperation Zone.
You'll collaborate with a diverse team, witness the HR function grow from inception to maturity, and significantly enhance your professional expertise through hands-on experience.
Senior Recruiter
Job Responsibilities:
- Confirm and design the delivery plans for recruitment needs for all workshop and functional staff, and organize recruitment implementation.
- Establish recruitment channels, prepare and analyze data on recruitment channel costs, contribution rates, and recruitment progress, and drive improvements.
- Closely follow up on the recruitment of key positions, job descriptions, screening systems, processes
- Conduct research on external HR information required by the enterprise and summarize the information, such as working hours, salaries, and benefits.
- Handle employee on-boarding and organize basic onboarding training.
- Organize periodic employee care activities and employee events, record key information, and pay attention to subsequent improvements and feedback.
- Undertake the construction and optimization of processes, documents, and systems related to assigned HR responsibilities. Depending on the development stage of the HR department and personal capacity, may take on other HR tasks.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 3 years of recruitment experience in hiring general workers, technicians, and functional staff in the manufacturing industry. Foreign enterprise work experience is preferred.
- Familiar with local recruitment channels, tools, and talent supply situations in Egypt. Capable of designing recruitment delivery plans, organizing and optimizing the recruitment process, and being accountable for the results of mass recruitment.
- Possess relatively mature recruitment skills (including recruitment channel development and management, recruitment processes, interview skill, evaluation methods, and recruitment data analysis).
- Experience in campus recruitment is a plus. Experience in training or other HR roles is also a plus.
- Proficient in using recruitment software and office software.
- Outgoing personality with strong communication skills, passion for HR work, and certain event organization abilities.
- Native Arabic speaker with fluent English that can be used as a working language
