About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in growing our client base, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and supporting the overall sales process.
This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to identify new business opportunities, and a proactive attitude toward achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through research, outreach, and online sales platforms.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their business needs.
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities to support the external sales and business development teams.
- Conduct calls, emails, and virtual meetings with prospects to present company services and solutions.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients to highlight our products and services.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align strategies and ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, opportunities, and sales activities using CRM tools.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or lead generation (preferably in IT or service industries).
- Regional experience in Saudi Arabia is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple priorities.
- Experience using sales platforms, CRM systems, and lead databases.
- A proactive attitude with a passion for achieving targets and building client relationships.
